REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund and returns policy to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. This policy explains how you can request a return, refund, or exchange, and under what circumstances these are allowed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. We will not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged in any way.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) to initiate a return or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Details of the product(s) you wish to return

Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return your product.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products or services
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within the return period. We will arrange for the return of the defective product and send you a replacement, subject to product availability.
